Dr. Gadikota founded A1 Biochem (India) and its US facilities. Dr. Gadikota has more than 20 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Before the inception of A1 Biochem (India), Dr. Gadikota was in leadership positions at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services (JMPS) and Albany Molecular Research Inc (AMRI) (now known as Curia Inc.). Dr. Gadikota has co-authored more than 30 publications and co-inventor of many granted patents and patent applications. Dr. Gadikota has completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), India, and has a post-doctorate fellowship from Ohio State University, USA.
